As soon as Jayden left her Collective Alternative interview, she knew she had found her home. As Controller, Jayden helps with financial and HR duties and works to ensure all “behind-the-scenes” responsibilities are running smoothly.

Do not disturb…Jayden likes to take all the naps when she is not in the office or out at client meetings. After her beauty rest, Jayden loves being the ultimate aunt to her adorable niece and hanging out with the rest of her tight-knit family, being a dog mom to her Australian Shepherds, Gatlin and Blitz, and tackling house projects with her high school sweetheart. She is also our in-house makeup guru and TikTok queen, and we appreciate all the sweet sass she provides daily.
