When you need somebody in your corner, there’s nobody better for the job than Amanda Parker. Making Business Personal ® has been her mission since day one, and she’s grown Collective Alternative from one laptop in her living room to a staff of nearly 20 and a 10,000-square-foot Fort Benjamin Harrison office.
Amanda’s a true servant-leader, dedicated to supporting her people and partners while championing for small business owners whose voices, far too often, are drowned out or unheard. Crucial team members and Collective Alternative’s de facto mascots are Amanda’s four dogs, Maggie, Remington, Winnie and Nina — they’re an important part of the welcoming committee anytime clients visit the CA offices!

Wondering where the name “Collective Alternative” came from? All credit goes to Amanda’s husband, Ross, who’s been her biggest cheerleader and champion for decades now. Amanda’s love of all things local means a busy fall and winter schedule packed with visits to all the area’s seasonal festivals, craft shows and holiday markets. An avid game show connoisseur, puzzle master and the CA trivia team captain, it’s no mystery where you can find her at 8 p.m. on a Sunday night: on the couch locked into her must-see TV game shows, testing herself against the actual contestants. It’s her dream to one day be on “America Says!”
