These were the words of White Board Learning’s business owner who was looking to bring her vision to life with her new startup company. Knowing our own capabilities and what would be feasible within that timeframe, we accepted the challenge. Given our timeline and budget, we had no time to waste and set out to paint the picture of our client’s dream job. We sat down with White Board Learning’s owner several times in the first few weeks to formulate a plan for her vision. Her experience checked all the boxes, we knew she was passionate and we understood the need for the company’s services and who they would appeal to. We established a pricing structure that would be profitable, launched a website, put together a comprehensive workbook and promoted White Board Learning’s programs across several multi-platform campaigns. With only 3 months and $5,000 to start a brand-new company, the odds were stacked against us, but we successfully met our goal and proved we could continue to provide value long after launch.
Since then, we have helped the company grow as a leader in referral marketing training, provided fresh ideas that engage more consumers in its services, sought out public relations opportunities for its owner and helped grow a substantial following on its online platforms. Impressed with our results and commitment, White Board Learning has continued on to be one of our longest standing monthly retainer clients. The owner also hired us to be the marketing firm for another company she is a part of, BNI Central Indiana.
