In 2014, BioCrossroads was seeking help with technical support, and the VP of Communications didn’t want to hire any old marketing firm. Lori knew BioCrossroads needed a company its employees could trust and establish a meaningful relationship with. They needed a team that wouldn’t only fix issues quickly – but also correctly – and with accountability and integrity.

Because we’ve always operated on the notion of making business personal, we worked quickly to become that source of support and trust that BioCrossroads needed. We invested our efforts into understanding BioCrossroads’ mission, its purpose and its people on a deeper level so we could drive the most significant results. Because at CA, there are no results without a relationship. Don’t believe us? Our success even spurred Lori and CA President Amanda to start their own business venture together. Now, that’s making business personal.

When we started to show our ability to go above and beyond to meet the needs of BioCrossroads, our marketing knowledge was tapped into even deeper. Lori hired us for site development, SEO integration, event management, online media and more. She referred us to several clients we now proudly work with, including Central Indiana Community Partnership, AgriNovus, and 16Tech. We’ve helped and witnessed BioCrossroads’ organization reach new heights – and we don’t plan on slowing down any time soon.
